Territory for distribution (e.g., local area, the United States, the world).
Audio/Audiovisual Recording (e.g., performance, CD, video, DVD, etc.)
Will this be a reading of the text only, or will you include illustrations?
If a dramatization, do you propose a partial or a full one?
At which market is the performance aimed (e.g., commercial, educational, etc.)?
If recording, how many units do you plan to manufacture?
Where do you plan to stage the performance, and/or to distribute the recording (e.g., locally, the United States, the world)
